The residence is located in a strategic position as it is located in the center of the ancient village of Brusson where there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, newspapers, boutiques and shops of various kinds within easy walking distance. From the Residence it is possible to reach, through a walk of a few hundred meters, the characteristic lake with light blue reflections, surrounded by a green park from which some interesting historical / naturalistic excursions depart. A few kilometers away you can reach the important cross-country ski run (Vollon district) that has hosted several stages of the world cup and the ski lifts of Estoul Palasinaz which is located between 1,700 and 2,200 m altitude. It is also possible to reach the nearby village of Champoluc which is part of the Monterosa Ski area (Champoluc, Gressoney, Alagna) by a public shuttle service.
