Such a disapointing experience. Definitly coming back to mallorca, but never again in this hotel. We as a couple chose a double superior room with breakfast and dinner included. The room we were given had two single beds - 427, we went to the receptionist who gave us another room - 326, that had one couple bed, but the room was so small, i could barely open my bag on the floor, we went back to the receptionist, who said we could see another room - 123, but she said right away that we wouldnt like it, and we couldnt even open the bathroom door completly because it hits the bed. We were given the option to upgrade to Junior suite if we paid the difference, and it was said to us that the bigger rooms (double superior) all had 2 single beds, witch doesnt make any sense, specially in an only adults hotel, and we also saw that it was a lie, because when the lady was cleaning another room with the door open, we saw a big room with one couples bed. So, sadly we end up staying in the first room with 2 single beds, for our intire first vacation during 9 nights. And everyday it kept going worst. The drinks are not included in the dinner, and a botle of water costs 2.20€. The schedules are so strict, the breakfast is until 10 a.m. and even if you're there, the coffee machine is turned off at 10 am sharp, so ended up without coffee, and the buffet is taken off the tables. At dinner the same, you can only get food at 21h30, wich is too early. At the first night, we ended up not even eating desert, because it was taken of. And the rest of the days we had to put all the food on our table, and eat melted icecream because of that. The air condiotining sistem in the restaurant was full of water on the ceiling, dropping water on top of the food, and on me. The cleaning was terrible, missing towels, a bedsheat folded on top of the bed to be made, etc. Never coming back! And never a 4 stars hotel!
