This hotel complex has been completely renovated and includes 4 buildings with 11 floors and a total of 1,000 apartments, of which 150 are still for rent. Located 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from benalmádena marina Sports Harbour, this apartment complex is formed by 4 buildings with 4 big swimming pools (depending of the season) interlaced with slides (summer), in garden area and one children's pool. 3 types of accommodation: studios for 2 people with twin beds, studios for 3 people with double bed and sofa-bed, and one bedroom apartments for 4 people, with twin beds in bedroom and sofa-bed in lounge. All with equipped, TV, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace with sea or mountain views. Portable air conditioner for rent in reception (subject to availibility). Twice a week cleaning (except kitchen) with change of towels, change of bedlinen every 7 days. Gym (payable) with spa, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Public internet and wi-fi (payable). In Summer, Supermarket, newspaper shop, self-service coffee bar in pool area. Pub (winter evenings only).
