The city of São Felipe distinguishes itself from others in the archipelago. Very peaceful and quiet with the feeling of a mercantile and colonial city. the locals are very charming and this pension is run by a capeverdian lady. The architectural style is the traditional “Sobrado” house, a remain from the Portuguese colonies. The interior is carefully selected, wooden, kept the original aspect of the house, painting, and mosaics in floor. The rooms with personalized decorations, with lovely balconies and high ceilings. The living room is equipped with TV satellite, music apparatus, books with history of the own house and about sobrados in general, SPA service and Jacuzzi available for the guest (on request). Breakfast is taken in the hotel restaurant/bar FogoLounge or in the in the terrace where is the swimming pool. In the afternoon guests can enjoy a drink and cocktails or relax with and wonderful view to the Brava Island, Casa Colonial is the perfect place who are looking for something different and special.
